Not happy
I can’t see any changes. In my body or on the scales. I can in my fitness, but not anything great.
I’m slightly pissy. Jess and I joined the gym at the same time. She’s lost 6kgs since joining. I’ve gained 1kg!
I’ve been so so so good this week, and I’m going to see if I see any difference on the scales, and if I don’t, then I’m going to go to...

Honey Soy Chicken Stir Fry
I made this for my family last Friday night. For those of us who like veges (instead of put up with them), we loved it! Very tasty. I don’t remember which website I got it from. And I don’t know the exact calorie count for this dish, but I’m sure you clever trevors could figure it out if you like. Heck, you could probably even find a way to reduce the calories in this dish....
It's amazing how good exercise can make you feel.
