YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. Finally! I broke this stupid plateau b/s. I ate super healthy. And worked out really hard 5 times last week. And then a 7km walk on Sunday. If I keep this up, I THINK I can get down to 110kg by the time I fly out to Vanuatu in 20 days!
Just gotta keep pushing.
Gutted I can’t get to the gym today. Its Queen’s birthday, so its a public holiday. I’m working from 11.30am til 5.45pm, and the gym is only open from 8am til 1pm. I was going to go at 8am, but then I got called into work til 12am last night! So, I wouldn’t have the energy for it anyway. D:
